Vancouver Island

Canadian Guide Outfitters Ltd. owns exclusive non-resident guiding rights in an area of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada that is well known for its huge Island black bears, stag-like trophy Roosevelt elk, plentiful black-tailed deer and a density of mountain lions (Cougar) like nowhere else in the world.

Our guide area covers approximately 3000 sq. miles of Vancouver Island, encompassing the rugged west coast shoreline and the warmer, more temperate climate of east coast Vancouver Island. Our hunting area is covered with rivers and streams that boast some of the highest returns of spawning BC salmon on the Island. This means "big black bears". An abundant, protein-rich food supply all year long is one of the reasons ALL species on the Island grow so BIG.

Hunting trips are conducted on Vancouver Island by using access on forestry roads with 4x4 trucks and ATV's. We also access some of the more remote hunting areas by ocean using heavy welded aluminum boats.

While hunting with Canadian Guide Outfitters on Vancouver Island, you will be staying in a luxurious lodge, with private bedrooms, each with their own private washroom, making this a perfect opportunity to bring along your spouse, family members or best buddy as observers to your hunt.

Saskatchewan

Peace River Whitetail deerHunt the farm fringe and forest near Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Canadian Guide Outfitters exclusive area borders some very rich farmland, which combined with the heavy cover of the forest provides natural game funnels and superior habitat for growing HUGE TROPHY WHITETAILS.

Canadian Guide Outfitters has implemented a very unique QUALITY DEER MANAGEMENT program, and supply each guest with the information needed to field judge our huge bodied deer. Please contact us to ask more about our "LET HIM GO SO HE CAN GROW" program.

Access into this area is by 4x4 and ATV. Hunting is out of quality, spacious, heated stands which are all strategically placed in well thought-out and scouted areas near travel corridors and scrape lines also using trailcams at each bait. This forest also provides excellent habitat for WORLD CLASS BLACK BEAR, and boasts a very high percentage of color phase (cinnamon, blonde and chocolate) bears.

Whether you are searching for the Whitetail of your dreams or a MONSTER BLACK or COLOR PHASE BEAR, this area combined with Canadian Guide Outfitters regular hard working team of guides and their quality game management plan, will provide you with the superior hunt you will appreciate. Northern B.C.

Our Northern British Columbia hunting area covers roughly 3500 sq. miles of some of the best agricultural land in B.C., a deer hunting paradise. The terrain is a mix of pine forests along with poplar and spruce. Lush crops and mild winters have created the perfect habitat for producing huge, record-breaking whitetail deer, mule deer, rocky mountain elk and Canadian moose.

Access in the area is by 4x4 truck, ATV and river jet boat.

archery only areas with seasons for deer, elk, moose and bear.
